Burgas, Bulgaria · working across the EU

When Meta or Google disables your account, the business stops the same day

I get access back to disabled ad accounts and business structures, find the weak points before they break, and stay the point of contact for when something breaks anyway. Small business in the EU, without an in-house IT department.

SolveOne EOOD

Is your account blocked right now?

The order of actions in the first minutes matters more than speed. You get one appeal, and when an account has been compromised it is often spent by someone else.

Why you can deal with me

  • Registered EU company: SolveOne EOOD, reg. no. 208821652
  • A written contract and a proper invoice for every engagement
  • Passwords and codes are never requested. The work goes through standard access roles and the platforms' official channels, with no grey methods
  • The initial assessment is free; money comes into it only once it is clear whether there is anything to work with
Services

Five directions

No guarantee of reinstatement: the platform decides, and anyone who guarantees otherwise is misleading you.

Access recovery

Hacked account recovery

Your account was taken, access is gone, or your admin rights were removed. Minutes matter here: the compromise report goes in before the appeal.

€180, paid only if access is restored

Who this is for

Small business in the EU with no IT department

Not a fit: organisations with their own IT department and internal policies, and requests along the lines of “make sure we never get banned” instead of dealing with the causes.

  • Companies of one to twenty people with no in-house IT or ops function
  • Businesses that live on paid traffic: Meta Ads, Google Ads
  • Local service companies, e-commerce, agencies, independent professionals
  • Anyone who has already been through a block and does not want a repeat
How it works

Five steps, no shortcuts

Everything runs through legitimate official channels: that is what makes the work repeatable.

  1. 01

    Enquiry

You describe the situation in a short form or on a call. No commitment.

  2. 02

    Initial assessment

Free, within three hours. I tell you whether there is anything to work with and what the next step is.

  3. 03

    Diagnosis and contract

A written verdict: the cause, the correct submission route, the documents needed, the realistic chances. Written scope, fixed amounts, a proper invoice.

  4. 04

    The work

Official appeals, business verification or the agreed operational work. Through documented, legitimate channels.

  5. 05

    Prevention

Two-factor authentication, backup administrators, order in the access structure and in the paperwork, so the same problem does not come back.

No password sharing. No purchased accounts. No promises of an instant unban.

Pricing

What it costs

The figures are tied to what downtime costs your business, not to the cheapest freelancer on the market. Full terms for each direction are on the service page.

About

Who is behind SolveOne

My name is Rodion Revin. SolveOne is me, not a nameless company: you always know who you are dealing with, and you talk to the same person who does the work.

Behind that are twenty years in enterprise IT and product. I was responsible for automation and the ERP landscape at the Moscow Metro, where a mistake in access rights stops trains rather than ads. I ran a product unit of sixty people across six departments. I was technical manager at the Swiss AI company SingularityNET. I built and shipped my own product with paying users, PhotoMentor.

Untangling access structures, working through verification and escalating inside large systems is what I have done throughout my career. Meta and Google are a specific case of it, just with unusually unhelpful support.

I live in Burgas and work across the EU. Service in English, Bulgarian and Russian.

PhotoMentor

PhotoMentor · a product by SolveOne EOOD

PhotoMentor is an AI photography critique service: a web app, a Chrome extension, a Telegram bot, a public API and an Android app. Paying users, built in-house. This is relevant to the question of who understands platform rules: I live inside the same ecosystems myself, with the same verifications, payments and moderation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who this fits and who it does not

A fit
  • Companies of one to twenty people with no in-house IT or ops function
  • Businesses that live on paid traffic: Meta Ads, Google Ads
  • Local service companies, e-commerce, agencies, independent professionals
  • Anyone who has already been through a block and does not want a repeat
Not a fit
  • Organisations with their own IT department and internal policies
  • Requests along the lines of “make sure we never get banned” instead of dealing with the causes
  • Accounts bought or rented from third parties
  • Asking for a guarantee of reinstatement as a condition of the work
Do you guarantee reinstatement?+

No. Nobody can guarantee it except the platform itself. If someone gives you that guarantee, it is a sign not to work with them. What I am responsible for is a correct procedure, one properly prepared submission instead of five through different channels, and an honest assessment of the chances before you pay the main amount.

Do you need my password?+

No, and I never will. The work goes through standard access roles that you revoke with one click. A request for a password or an SMS code is the mark of a fraudster, whoever it comes from.

Is there a contract and paperwork?+

Yes. A contract and a proper invoice from SolveOne EOOD, company number 208821652, Burgas. For EU companies the invoice is issued under the VAT reverse charge mechanism.

What languages do you work in?+

English, Bulgarian and Russian. Documents for the platforms are prepared in whichever language they require; with you I work in whichever suits you.

Do you have contacts inside Meta or Google?+

No, and neither does anyone else. Everything sold on that premise is either fiction or fraud.

How long does recovery take?+

From a few days to a few weeks, depending on the type of restriction. I give exact timelines only after the diagnosis. Anyone who gives them before is guessing.
