Who is responsible

SolveOne EOOD („СолвУан“ ЕООД), UIC 208821652, ul. Ivan Shishman 45, Burgas 8000, Bulgaria, is the controller of the personal data processed through solveone.eu. For any question about your data, write to rodion@solveone.eu.

What data SolveOne processes and why

Case form. When you describe your case, the form sends your name, email address and the details you enter: what is blocked, when it happened, what you have already tried, whether you still have access to the account's email and phone, and any additional information. This is used to assess your case and reply to you. The form is not stored on the website: it is delivered to rodion@solveone.eu as an email. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Please do not send passwords or verification codes, through the form or any other channel. SolveOne never asks for them.

Email and Telegram. If you write to rodion@solveone.eu or to @solveone_team on Telegram, SolveOne processes your message and contact details to answer you. Same legal basis.

Booking a call. The "Book a call" button opens Calendly, where you enter your name, email address and a time slot. SolveOne receives these details to hold the call. Same legal basis.

Clients. If you become a client, the data needed for the contract and invoicing (name, company details, VAT number, billing address, correspondence about the work) is processed to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Website statistics. solveone.eu uses Umami to count visits, pages viewed, referring websites, country, language, device type and clicks on the contact buttons. Umami does not use cookies and does not store your IP address. The statistics are aggregated and are not used to identify you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Server logs. Hosting providers automatically process technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of request in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

solveone.eu does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may set only technically necessary cookies, without which the site cannot be delivered.

Who receives the data

SolveOne does not sell personal data and does not share it for marketing. The following providers process data on SolveOne's behalf:

  • Lovable (Sweden) and its infrastructure providers – website hosting and processing of the case form;
  • Spaceship, Inc. (USA) – email (Spacemail);
  • Calendly LLC (USA) – call booking;
  • Umami Software, Inc. (USA) – website statistics;
  • SolveOne's accountant – invoices and accounting records.

Telegram is an independent service: if you contact SolveOne there, Telegram's own privacy policy applies.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under it, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long data is kept

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted.
  • Client data and correspondence: for the duration of the contract, then for as long as Bulgarian accounting and tax law requires for accounting documents (up to 10 years).
  • Website statistics: kept only in aggregated form, with no personal profiles.

Automated decisions

SolveOne does not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to rodion@solveone.eu; SolveOne replies within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg, or with the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live.
